As our Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with our General Counsel, leading on our largest and most complex commercial deals.
Much of the work follows one opportunity from beginning to end.
It starts with major tenders and public procurements, where you'll shape our position on the terms we can work with and the ones worth challenging.
From there you'll take the deal through negotiation to signature, with colleagues across the business bringing the commercial and technical detail.
Underneath runs the advisory side: data protection and privacy, IP and licensing, and the questions that come with operating across several markets.
You'll work directly with our CEO, CFO and CPO, helping them see risk clearly and decide quickly.
