You’ll lead all Regional Fleet Managers across 5 DACH Regions, with indirect oversight of Fleet Managers, Technicians, Damage Detection Experts, and Spare Parts Experts for over 4000 vehicles at over 40 Stations.
Your mission: drive fleet availability, repair turn-around, cost efficiency, and quality across the market — keeping our fleet running smoothly and our operations performing at their best.
The role - your passionOwn the Maintenance, Repair, and Fleet Transfer budget and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs across the market such as Repair Strategy, Workshop Network, Spare Parts InventoryDefine repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities.
Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network to improve turnaround times and cost efficiency.
Track key KPIs such as repair cost, time, and damage detection accuracy and spearheading strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
