As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of a dedicated area of accuracy operations - operating monitoring processes, investigating issues, identifying root causes, and working with colleagues across Engineering, Performance Marketing, and Commercial to make sure problems are resolved and processes are well-documented for the long term.
This role will be required to work from our Berlin office 3 days per week.
In this role, you will:Maintain and operate recurring monitoring processes to track accuracy across hotel search results, identifying issues proactively before they affect users or partnersInvestigate accuracy issues - such as price discrepancies, availability mismatches, and linking errors - categorise root causes, and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolutionDefine and document clear escalation paths, ensuring the right teams are engaged at the right time and that recurring issues are tracked through to a fixBuild and maintain documentation so that coverage and backup are always in placeMonitor key performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities, and propose pract.
