You will be responsible for supporting employees with day-to-day IT needs, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations across the company.

An interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first- and second-level IT support to employees.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, and workplace IT equipment.

• Support the administration and maintenance of IT systems and applications.

Contribute to IT projects and improve internal IT processes.

Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance efficiency.

• Maintain IT documentation and support IT security and compliance procedures.

Your ProfileExperience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.

Good knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving.
