</p> <p>As the subject matter expert (SME) for HR process excellence, you will partner with HR leadership and leaders across the organisation.
You will be identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key principles are simplicity and scalability as we embark on the next exciting stage of growth.
