The RoleAs a Founders’ Associate Growth & Operations, you report directly to the founders and work from our Berlin HQ.
You own the projects that turn acquired firms into a scalable group.
You analyze a problem, develop a recommendation and drive it through execution inside our firms.
The scope is intentionally broad and will evolve with the priorities of the company.
What You’ll Work OnIntegration of acquired firms.
Operating playbook.
Build and refine the processes and standards we use to integrate firms and run the group at scale.
Platform rollout.
Work with our product and engineering team to roll out our agentic platform in the firms and track adoption and impact.
Set up reporting across the group and use it to identify where we need to act.
Founder-led projects.
Take ownership of high-priority topics that cut across teams or don’t have a natural owner yet, and drive them to an outcome.
