You build the legal function from scratch and protect a business that puts agentic AI into the ERP processes of 550+ enterprise customers.
You report to the CFO and partner closely with Sales, Finance, People and Product, covering four entities in Switzerland, Germany, the UK and the US, with customers in 40+ countries.
In your first 12 months, Sales runs on your contract playbook and standard templates, and BLP has a clear compliance framework for data protection and AI regulation.
What you'll do· Own commercial contracting end-to-end: negotiate customer MSAs, DPAs and SLAs with enterprise procurement and legal teams, so deals close faster with risk you can explain to the CFO.
· Build the legal toolkit: templates, a negotiation playbook with fallback positions and clear approval rules, so Sales can handle standard deals without escalating to you.
