This role will primarily focus on full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver an efficient, high-quality candidate experience.
While recruiting will be the priority, this role will support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and day-to-day HR operations for our Swiss-based team when time allows.
Reporting to the Fractional HR leader based in the US, you will help build scalable, consistent people practices while providing responsive support to employees and managers.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys quick execution to make an impact, owning the details, building relationships, and balancing multiple priorities in a growing organization.
