We are looking for a <strong>Senior Product Designer</strong> to own the Listing & Finding experience.
You will define what discovering a home feels like: fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human.
</p> <p>As the design owner for one of the most important journeys in our marketplace, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Shape the long-term vision for the search and discovery experience.
</li> <li>Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.
</li> <li>Use qualitative research, behavioural data, and experimentation to make decisions, not opinions.
</li> <li>Define success, measure impact, and continuously improve your solutions.
</li> <li>Raise the quality bar across the design team through thoughtful critique and craft.
