Our GBS Master Data Management Analyst is accountable for managing the finance master data requests from key stakeholders within both Group Finance and local in-country finance teams.
This will involve triaging requests and ensuring that appropriate governance controls are executed, before maintaining master data in business systems.
This work will need to adhere to service level agreement timescales and MDM governance rules and standards.
The MDM Analyst will partner with business master data requesters, Global Process Owners and subject matter experts to ensure that Enterprise Structure and Finance master data is maintained correctly in business systems.
This will require an understanding of how master data flows across different business systems and an appreciation of related, core business transactions.
The MDM Analyst will train and onboard business master data requesters and approvers.
In this role you will support the MDM Lead by executing actions to improve MDM processes and master data quality.
This will often involve investigating issues, problem solving and suggesting improvement actions.
The MDM Analyst will document processes and standards as required, as well as co-ordinating data cleansing activities to improve data quality in addition to having performance management reporting oversight with our BPO partner.
