We're looking for a Contractor Recruitment Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team, with a primary focus on sourcing and recruiting experienced independent consultants and interim professionals to support client engagements across our international business.

What will you be doing? Direct sourcing and recruitment: Identify, approach and engage high-quality independent consultants, freelancers and interim professionals across procurement, supply chain, transformation and related specialist disciplines.
Contractor recruitment delivery: Manage contractor recruitment requirements from initial briefing through to shortlisting, interviews, commercial discussions and engagement, working closely with internal stakeholders.
