The Partner Operations sub-team is the engine behind Thumbtack's partnerships business.
We build the scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure that turn partner opportunities into operational reality.
Beyond running the day-to-day, we lead high-priority strategic initiatives and early-stage pilots that don't fit neatly into existing lanes, coordinate cross-functionally to align workflows and ownership for new capabilities, and drive the transition from pilot to scalable operations.
When we do our job well, partners grow, capabilities expand, and revenue increases.
About the role As a Partner Operations Analyst at Thumbtack, you'll play a key role in keeping our partnerships business running smoothly while helping build the processes and systems that support its growth.
You'll own partner onboarding and ongoing operational support, work closely with internal teams and external partners, and help turn new partnership initiatives into scalable, repeatable operations.
This role is a mix of hands-on execution, cross-functional project management, and continuous improvement.
