WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1The Staff Accountant will focus on daily revenue operations, month-end close activities, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition under US GAAP.
You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and billing teams to validate transactions, reconcile accounts, and support financial audits.
You will:- Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition principles to customer contracts, software subscriptions, and implementation fees.
- Validate daily customer billing, unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue balances.
- Review sales contracts, process credit memos, and resolve billing discrepancies with customers.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses related to deferred revenue and accounts receivable.
- Gather documentation, prepare supporting schedules, and assist with external auditors requests.
