The RoleWe’re hiring a Head of Product to own and scale our product function.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role.
You’ll be the most senior product person in the company and work directly with the founders and engineering team.
You’ll personally drive discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
As we grow, you’ll set up how the product function works: its processes, rituals and culture.
When the time is right, you’ll hire the team around you.
What You’ll DoOwn the product strategy and roadmap, setting direction alongside the founders, engineering and customers.
You’ll ship AI products that enterprise customers rely on.
Stay close to the product: test, refine and pressure-test our agents, and understand how prompts, context and evaluations shape quality.
Spend real time with customers.
Define how we discover, prioritise, ship and measure, and lay the foundations for a future product team.
Work with GTM on positioning and join sales conversations where product insight wins deals.
Who You Are5+ years in product management or a closely related role (founder, early operator, consulting into product), with a strong record of shipping.
