Responsabilidades
:· Improve performance and product analysis in the Laboratory,· Analyse production and finished goods samples according to SOPs· Document the results in Databases/ 1LIMS· Operate and maintain analytical equipment· Maintain and supervise 1LIMS System· Review quality records· Release materials for despatch· Develop or improve new analytical SOPs, if needed in cooperation with the R&D Team· Cooperate with the Quality, Site and Production Manager· Develop robust methods for maintaining the quality of the analytical results· Introduce new equipment and methods · Automate routine tasks· BET Surface Area, Particle Size Analysis, Bulk and Tap Density, NIR Spectroscopy; Electrical Conductivity; Elemental Analysis by ICP, XRF, XRD, DLS, Wet Chemistries· Support of QC and R&D team members
Requisitos
:· Experience in a QC laboratory, preferably experienced with different methods· Ability to work according to QC and ISO procedures· Hands on approach · Work under pressure· Microsoft office; ideally 1LIMS· Health & Safety procedures· Good communication
