About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Operations Lead to play a key role in shaping how Magentic operates as we grow.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is proactive, independent and comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.

You'll be pragmatic and commercially minded, with a focus on delivering real impact rather than overcomplicating things.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, know how to balance competing priorities and be confident finding solutions that work for the business as we grow.

It’s a wide ranging, highly collaborative role that will interact with the whole business: you'll work across people operations, IT and tooling, legal and compliance, alongside leading projects that improve how we work across the business.

Take ownership of legal and compliance operations, working with external advisers to ensure we're set up for success as we scale.
