<h6>Every order a Suitsupply customer places, online, in a store, or through customer service, has to be captured, understood and carried all the way through to delivery or return.
As Junior Product Manager for IT Fulfillment, you will help build and improve the services that make that happen: the order flows, data and interfaces that connect our webstore, our stores, our warehouses and our customer service teams.
</h6> <h6>You will work in a small team inside the IT Fulfillment domain, alongside the Group Product Manager and our own engineers.
The Group Product Manager shapes the functional direction with the business and sets priorities; together you turn it into clear.
This is a technical product role: we build our own services, so you will spend your time in data models, interfaces and requirements rather than managing a vendor’s roadmap.
You start close to delivery, with support while you learn the domain, and grow into owning more of the roadmap.
</h6> <h5><strong>What you will do</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Turn mapped-out functional flows into clear, buildable work: technical requirements, acceptance criteria and user stories that engineers and AI agents can pick up without coming back with questions.
</li> <li>Own the detail as both product manager and business analyst: the data model, the way systems talk to each other, and the edge cases nobody thought of yet.
</li> <li>Break large changes into chunks that can be built, tested and released safely, and keep the backlog in a state where work can start at any moment.
</li> <li>Work with engineers day to day in refinement, planning, reviews and releases, and use our AI tooling to draft, structure and pressure-test the work before it reaches them.
</li> <li>Design our order data and interfaces so that AI agents can read, reason over and act on them as reliably as our own systems do.
