As our HR Operations & Process Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining the foundations that support our team.
From employee support and HR administration to payroll coordination and process improvement, you’ll help ensure that our People operations are accurate, efficient, and reliable.

You’ll work across different areas of HR, help improve how we operate, and grow into broader.
Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, Arbeitsbescheinigungen, EZB, employment references, and other employee documents, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Payroll coordination: Support payroll preparation and related processes, ensuring that employee data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time for smooth payroll executio.
