We are looking for a Senior Seeker Specialist to define and develop the sensing capabilities of our next-generation autonomous systems.
You will lead the selection, integration, and optimization of onboard sensors, including daylight cameras, thermal imagers, radar, and other targeting payloads, ensuring reliable target detection, tracking, and engagement.
Your Roadmap to Make an ImpactGuide new EO/IR sensor designs in collaboration with hardware and systems engineering teams.
Evaluate and select EO, IR, radar, laser, and multi-sensor solutions.
Specify sensor performance.
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, Mechatronics, or similar.
Experience in missile seekers, guided weapons, EO/IR payloads, targeting systems, gimbals, ISR sensors, or defense electronics.
Strong knowledge of:Electro-optical (EO) camerasThermal / IR imaging systemsRadar and RF sensingSensor fusion and target trackingE.
