</p></div><p> </p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This role is responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle from quote to cash, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between sales, legal, and finance teams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in contract management.
</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p>Queue Management & Operations</p> <ul> <li>Manage and prioritize Approvals, Closing, and Help Chat queues</li> <li>Provide backup support for Trials, Cases, and Auto Renewals queues as needed</li> <li>Own assigned escalations and ensure timely resolution</li> <li>Support JIRA ticket management in collaboration with Business Technology team</li> </ul> <p>Contract Management & Processing</p> <ul> <li>Execute quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes and ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce (SFDC)</li> <li>Review and approve quotes for accuracy and compliance with company policies</li> <li>Assess signed DocuSign documents for opportunity closure and provisioning.
