How You'll Make an Impact As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist – Accounting, you will help our customers unlock the full potential of Cloudbeds’ financial and accounting capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of hospitality operations, bookkeeping, and accounting, guiding properties through the end-to-end accounting flow, from property configuration to integration with their accounting software or ERP.
You will work directly with customers to understand how their business operates, how they manage their books, and how transactions flow from front desk operations through to financial reporting, so that every customer’s accounting setup is configured correctly, connected to their downstream financial systems, and running smoothly from day one.
This is a customer-facing role that requires equal parts accounting knowledge, tech-savviness, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
