</p> <p>In this role, you will design and build software solutions that connect people, processes, and data across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
You will work directly with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities for automation and digitalization, and turn ideas into intuitive, scalable applications.

</strong></p> <p><strong>Software Development & Architecture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern internal applications and software platforms.
</li> <li>Build scalable, maintainable full-stack solutions, including frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and databases.
</li> <li>Take technical ownership of applications from initial concept and prototyping through production deployment and ongoing evolution.
</li> <li>Define and implement software architecture, data models, integration patterns, and development standards.
</li> <li>Ensure solutions meet appropriate.
