Your Mission Develop and execute growth opportunities for FINN: Derived from our company strategy, it is your task as the right hand of our VP Customer Growth to shape and execute winning growth strategies for our existing FINN customers across B2C, B2B and B2B2C.
You support in identifying growth opportunities and manage strategic growth projects.
Drive accelerating growth for JobAuto: Your first focus will be the youngest and fastest growing business for FINN - JobAuto.
Working closely with our JobAuto Product team and our JobAuto customer-facing teams, you drive key initiatives to accelerate JobAuto growth.
Lead our business planning and performance analysis: You lead our OKR and business planning processes and derive actionable insights from our performance.
Based on data-driven insights, you then derive and implement specific actions to capture this additional potential.
