What You’ll DriveYou support the CEO in organizational and administrative matters – keeping priorities straight and the calendar under controlYou coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsYou work closely with the Founder’s Associate – supporting and learning from someone who owns the CEO Office day-to-dayYou handle research requests and prepare concise, decision-ready summariesYou assist with travel coordination and expense reportingYou communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO’s behalfYou support ongoing projects in areas like automation, digitalization, and process optimizationYou take ownership of ad hoc tasks and jump in where neededWhat Makes You a Great FitCurrently enrolled in a degree programme – ideally in business, management, economics, or a related fieldHighly organized, reliable, and discreet – you handle sensitive information with careStrong communicator in both German and English, written and spokenProactive mindset – you anticipate needs rather than waitin.
