Java Technical Lead - Enterprise Applications & Power Platform

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead to shape enterprise software solutions and guide a development team from initial design through to delivery.

Combining hands-on Java engineering with Microsoft Power Platform expertise, you will connect custom applications with automation and low-code capabilities to address business needs.

This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, mentor developers, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Location: London, hybridResponsibilities & Tasks:Guide a Java development team, providing technical direction, mentoring, and support with complex engineering challenges.

Design maintainable application architectures and establish consistent engineering practices across the team.

• Develop enterprise Java applications, REST APIs, and microservices, remaining actively involved in implementation.

Build cloud-native solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

Integrate Power Platform workflows and applications with enterprise systems and services.

• Lead code reviews and drive improvements in software quality, automated delivery, and CI/CD practices.

Work with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify.
