You work closely with a full team—both functional and development—so affinity with both is important.
You organize and prioritize the team’s work through a well-managed backlog and sprint board, ensuring delivery of maximum value to our customers.

Define the product roadmap in alignment with strategic goals and market developments.
Coach the team to stay aligned with our overall product vision.
Focus on financial reporting, audit, and related workflows for the Dutch accountancy market.
Understand customer needs and balance various stakeholder demands.
Translate insights into clear product decisions and priorities.
Share progress regularly via roadmap presentations and other communications.
Create clarity and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
