Innova Market Insights is strengthening the commercial core of its Consumer Insights practice.
We are looking for a senior consultant with a strong commercial profile who converts consumer understanding into client relationships, proposals and revenue.
You will work shoulder to shoulder with the practice's Commercial & Client Lead and its commercial analysts, expanding our client-facing bandwidth: capability calls, proposals, client development and high-stakes presentations.
This is a role for someone who is as comfortable scoping a study with a global insights director as presenting its results to their leadership team, and who enjoys building the commercial engine, not just running in it.

Responsabilidades
• Lead client-facing work across the practice: capability calls, proposals, pricing input, debriefs and senior-level presentations.• Develop existing accounts and open new conversations, converting goodwill support and inbound interest into paid custom projects and retainers.• Partner with the Commercial & Client Lead on the practice's commercial strategy, offer development and go-to-market for new consumer products.• Act as senior counsel on consumer insight questions — framing business problems, challenging briefs and ensuring our work answers the client's real question.• Mentor and develop the team's junior commercial talent in proposal craft, client communication and account thinking.What We’re Looking For ( must-have ) • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strong commercial role on the insights/research side — consultative selling, account development or cli...
