As we expand our agentic AI platform with new use cases, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) who thrives on building new use cases from scratch and enjoys bringing clarity and focus to evolving environments.
TasksDrive the full product development cycle: ideation, concept, development, release and continuous improvementShape the product architecture together with Engineering and AI, combining knowledge bases, agentic workflows and conversational interfacesConduct user research and discovery with internal and external stakeholders, validate assumptions early and feed learnings back into the product lifecycleSet up priorities, rituals, documentation and decision-making routinesDefine scope, success metrics and roadmap, and make clear trade-offs between speed, quality and scopeManage progress and expectations towards stakeholders at all levelsEnsure quality, usability and reliability of AI features, including evaluation of answer quality and workflow outcomesWhat you bring to the role5+ years of experience in product management, building customer-facing digital productsAn AI-native way of working: you use tools such as Claude and Claude Code daily to prototype, analyze and accelerate your work, not just experimenting with themA proven track record of building commercially successful products from 0 to 1Self-driven and resilient: you feel comfortable in fast-moving settings where not everything is defined yetStrong communication.
