A lean team of 10 working with fast-paced clients across Europe: GetYourGuide, LiveEO, Novo Nordisk, Roland Berger, the City of Berlin, and a growing ecosystem of scale-ups, multinationals and institutions.

We operate across three units:BIA – AI and change programs for large organizationsHelloCircle – Leadership development for scale-ups and multinationalsStartup Hub – Publicly-funded startup programsIndependent and deliberately self-funded, built on product quality and client relationships.

We’re looking for a strategic Partnerships Manager to build the partnerships that grow both our brand and our business.

TasksThis is a strategic role with a hands-on core.

You’ll design and build our partnership model: raising our profile through brand partnerships and high-value events, and opening new business through multiplier partners and directly with the organizations we serve.

You report directly to the founder and work closely with our Programs Director and the wider team.
