We are looking for an experienced freelance full-stack Django developer to join us on a part-time basis and contribute to the continued development of hurra.
TasksBuild and extend features across the full stack of hurra.
ai, working primarily in Django with a lightweight frontend layer using HTMX, Alpine.
js and Tailwind CSS.
Integrate third-party APIs and AI services, including LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter, as well as marketing data sources.
Write clean, maintainable Python code and contribute to a well-structured, evolving codebase.
Work independently in a remote environment, manage your own workload, and communicate clearly with a small, senior team.
Bring your own ideas and experience to help shape how we build and improve the product.
RequirementsWhat you bring5 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer, preferably with Django as your primary framework.
Solid Python.
We use tools like Cursor, Codex and Claude Code, and we want to understand how you work with them.
Strong written and spoken English.
Nice to haveExperience with GCP, Azure or CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
Front-end and UI design sensibility.
AI handles a lot of this, but a strong eye for design genuinely elevates the product.
German language skills would be an advantage.
