01 · Why this role existsInvest in Values.
Produce in Freedom.
Boost Europe.
Europe can reindustrialise if we bring AI, energy market opportunities and industrial processes together.
Europe's largest industrial companies, together around 2% of Europe's total energy demand, already make their energy decisions with RIZMO, the AI agent in our Energy OS at RIZM.
As Product Engineer you build that product.
You decide what we build and ship it to real industrial sites, with short feedback loops straight from the customer.
No ticket queue.
You'll work from our office in Munich or Münster.
02 · Meet Max, your Head of EngineeringI'm Max, Head of Engineering at RIZM.
My team and I own our product: intuitive workflows, outstanding algorithms, resilient infrastructure and an AI agent layer on top of it all.
What drives me is the speed here: fast decisions, quick iterations and real responsibility for everyone.
What matters most to us is high ownership, a growth mindset, trust and having each other's back, in a team where everyone can grow, thrive and have fun together along the way.
If you want to change how Europe's industry uses energy, we'd be thrilled to have you on board.
Let's make the energy transition real, together.
