</p> <h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p>Hands-on research</p> <ul> <li>Run mixed-methods research in a B2B2C setting, combining qualitative studies with behavioural data in Mixpanel, that sets the standard for good research and shapes team roadmaps and client conversations</li> <li>Research the whole chain, from client teams and subject matter experts to their end customers and the developers using our SDKs and APIs, and look for patterns that hold across clients so we build once and reuse</li> <li>Make sure research has impact: track whether it changed a decision and what result followed, and use that to make the case for research investment</li> </ul> <p>Research enablement and operations</p> <ul> <li>Democratise research: coach and mentor colleagues in Product, Design and Engineering to run their own studies with rigour, through.
