You'll assess existing project schedules, quantify programme risks and provide recommendations to improve schedule confidence and delivery certainty.

TasksConduct Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) on existing construction project schedulesPerform Monte Carlo simulations to assess programme uncertainty, critical path exposure and potential completion datesReview schedule logic, dependencies, milestones and contingency.

Requisitos
