About the RoleMistral AI's corporate legal team is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal function in Paris.
This is a newly created role designed to centralize and streamline the administrative backbone of our corporate legal operations as we scale internationally.
This is a high-autonomy role.
You will own several critical workstreams end-to-end — from KYC and entity housekeeping to cap table management and contract administration — and you will be expected to exercise sound judgment, escalate when needed, and drive automation wherever possible.
What you'll do1.
Cap Table & Share RegisterOwn the cap table across different systems with rigor and precision.
Record all share movements — issuances, transfers, ESOP/BSPCE, funding rounds.
Produce cap table extracts, shareholder lists, and ownership reports for KYC, audit, board packs, and investors — always under NDA and with judgment on what can be disclosed.
