This squad builds and runs the machinery behind Lightspeed Capital, from the moment a merchant applies for an advance, through underwriting, to the advance being issued and repaid.
Much of that surface is internal, the tooling and automation our underwriting and operations teams rely on to process advances at volume, sitting alongside the merchant facing moments at either end.
The work blends complex operational workflows with high stakes merchant experiences, and there is real room to turn a slow, manual process into a fast and largely automated one.
In this role, you'll help define a vision through iterative design and delivery.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of transforming complex workflows into simple, clear customer journeys with user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly integrate with other workflows.
You excel at identifying opportunities to deliver value and thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and product managers to create exceptional customer experiences.
