Federal experience to lead large-scale enterprise HR system initiatives, with a primary experience on Workday and secondary experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
This role is responsible for end-to-end program leadership across complex, multi-workstream implementations and transformations in highly regulated federal environments.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering Workday programs in federal or Fed-adjacent environments, with additional experience integrating or coordinating with ServiceNow platforms.
Oversee integrated workstreams including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
Drive execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Establish and manage program governance, reporting cadence, and escalation paths.
Federal Alignment & Compliance Ensure delivery aligns with federal standards and regulatory.
Operate within frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, ATO processes.
Coordinate with security, compliance, and agency stakeholders.
Navigate federal procurement, contract structures, and oversight expectations.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement Serve as the primary interface for federal clients, program sponsors, and executive leadership.
Align business, technical, and vendor stakeholders across agencies and integrators.
Program Planning & Execution Develop and manage integrated master schedules and roadmaps.
