Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Location: Completely flexible, as this is a work from home opportunity! Hourly Rate: From $38.

65 per hour + penalties (SCHADS level 3) In these Rostering Officer positions, you will work as part of our National After-Hours Service (NAHS) to coordinate and optimise the engagement of available employees to best meet client.

Responsabilidades

: Develop and maintain staffing rosters in accordance with client needs, funding allocations, budget and award requirements

Fill shifts impacted by unplanned leave or changes in client support needs Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders effectively, particularly in response to schedule/roster changes, roster concerns and complaints Work with stakeholders to understand Service Agreements and client needs Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner, including call logs and employee schedule changes within relevant s.
