58 per hour + penalties (SCHADS level 4) As a Senior Rostering Officer within the National After-Hours Service (NAHS), you will work as part of our National After-Hours Service (NAHS) to coordinate and optimise the engagement of available employees to best meet client.
You will also provide real time guidance and mentorship of Roster Officers which may also include onboarding, training and professional development.

Fill shifts impacted by unplanned leave or changes in client support needs Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders effectively, particularly in response to schedule/roster changes, roster concerns and complaints Work with stakeholders to understand Service Agreements and client needs Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner, including call logs and employee schedule changes within relevant systems Manage complex rostering matters, escalating to the Operations Manager or Nat.
