We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Retention to take full ownership of our retention product area.
This role is highly strategic and hands-on: you will define the retention strategy, translate it into a clear roadmap, and work closely with Product, Growth, Design, Engineering, and Data to improve engagement, lifetime value, cancellation prevention, renewal flows, and the overall customer experience.
What you will do As Senior Product Manager Retention, you will own the full retention journey and drive measurable impact across engagement, customer lifetime value, retention rates, cancellation flows, and renewal experiences.
You will: Lead retention initiatives for our users, with direct impact on engagement, lifetime value, retention, cancellations, renewals, and reactivation.
Define the retention strategy and translate it into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
Identify user problems and business opportunities through data analysis, user insights, and experimentation.
Define hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and systematically improve retention metrics.
Prototype, test, and implement AI-powered solutions, tracking impact through clear metrics and continuous iteration.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to improve the user experience and business outcomes.
Bring a strong UX.
