Tasks Tasks Own the Funnel: Manage paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok from end-to-end.
Optimize & Scale: Set up tracking, monitor KPIs, test new creatives daily, scale the winners, and "kill" the losers.
Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the founders and our content creator to brainstorm and brief high-converting ad assets.
AI Integration: Use AI tools to speed up your workflow, from copywriting to data analysis and creative iteration.
Reporting: Keep us in the loop with clear data on what’s working and where we’re headed next.
Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience running paid ads with measurable results (show us the numbers).
Tech Savvy: You don’t just "know" AI; it’s a core part of your daily toolkit.
