Deine Position We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) to own the growth analytics function at 1KOMMA5°.
You will sit at the intersection of data engineering, marketing intelligence, and business strategy — building the systems and insights that power our sales and marketing engine across Europe.
You will join a small, high-impact data team and report directly to the Director of Growth Operations.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role: you will own our marketing data models, drive the stability of our marketing tech stack, and partner closely with marketers, sales reps, data engineers, and business leaders to make data-driven decisions fast.
