This is a high-impact role where you will take our core performance marketing channels to new heights – owning Paid Social & Paid Search, with a potential path to develop into a Director role and take on additional online channels over time (e.
, CRM, Influencer Marketing, etc.
) Tasks You own our Paid Social & Paid Search channels end-to-end, defining the strategy, setting operational priorities, and managing execution to profitably scale new-customer growth within our subscription-based E-Com/D2C model.
You fully lead the execution engine on Meta by developing a strong creative strategy, managing a high-velocity and high-quality creative production engine with in-house teams and agencies, and continuously improving sales funnels (incl.
landing pages) with our Shop team You manage and develop a high-performing in-house team and external partners, defining clear priorities,.
You scale Google to the next level by optimizing campaign setups, ad strategy, and budget allocation, while exploring and testing new funnels for different intent clusters.
You lead a structured channel reporting and qualitative creative analysis, systematically identifying bottlenecks, new sales angles, and growth opportunities and providing clear guidance to the team.
You translate performance, creative, and additional customer insights into clear hypotheses and structured testing roadmaps for media buying, creative.
