Tasks Your Impact We are looking for a Head of Risk to lead and stabilize our risk organization during a phase of rapid growth.
This role replaces our interim leadership and is critical for building a long-term, scalable risk function that enables sustainable growth.
You will lead a growing team, manage a rapidly expanding credit portfolio, and build the processes, systems, and culture required for scale.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build-and-lead role.
You will work directly with the founder and leadership team and have full ownership of the risk function.
Your Mission Lead and develop the Risk team, creating clarity, structure, and strong performance standards Own credit underwriting quality and portfolio performance across B2B and B2C Build scalable risk processes, policies, and decision frameworks to support rapid growth Drive automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making in the risk function Balance growth and risk while ensuring losses remain within defined risk appetite Work hands-on where needed while shaping the long-term risk strategy.
