Business Analyst

*This role requires a hybrid schedule in our Seattle, WA office; Tuesday–Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote.

*  ROLE OVERVIEW   LendingTree is seeking a Business Analyst to support our fast-growing Revenue Operations group.

This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through strong analytical execution, clear storytelling, and close partnership with business stakeholders.

  As a Business Analyst, you will independently own analyses for a defined business area, assess business problems, collect and analyze the right data, and translate findings into insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

 You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to discover and remove operational bottlenecks to drive revenue growth.

 Performing deep analysis into technical systems and building reports that give clarity to these complex systems.

This role aligns to LendingTree’s Business Analyst job family with an emphasis on analytics delivery, business partnership, and technical proficiency in SQL/Snowflake.

Responsabilidades

  Analytics & Insights Delivery  Deliver data-driven insights using clean, well-organized analyses, dashboards, and visualizations.  Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in campaign and partner performance and translate findings into clear recommendations.  Assess business situations, define analytical problems, and determine the appropriate data and methodology to address them.  Revenue Operation Support  Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Revenue Operations group, supporting day-to-day decision-making and strategic initiatives.  Conduct detailed audits of tech platforms to identify optimization opportunities and inefficiencies.  Support strategic innovation projects by providing ongoing performance analysis and insight.  Measurement & Experimentation  Track and evaluate the results of business initiatives to determine whether outcomes were successful.  Support the development, execution, and analysis of A/...
