Your role combines reliable day-to-day execution across transactions, portfolio management, and investor reporting with a continuous focus on how we can leverage automation and AI to scale our operations.
To succeed in this role you will take ownership of the following tasks: Transaction support - reviewing transaction documents and guiding the Investment Teams through the transaction process, including coordination with AIFM and external service providers.
Corporate housekeeping - preparing board resolutions, coordinating board meeting documentation, maintaining shareholder registers and onboarding records (incl.
KYC for investors and portfolio companies).
Be a primary point of contact - for investors, portfolio companies and external service providers on operational matters.
