Tasks Manage the entire employee life-cycle-process for our growing and worldwide-distributed team Take responsibility for compliance with German, French and Dutch employment laws and regulations, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance Participate in probationary period reviews, annual review meetings as well as disciplinary meetings Support with the implementation of an HR software from scratch Build bridges between management and the team by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues with diplomacy and care Strengthen our middle management with leadership advice Administrative tasks such as tracking sickness quota or annual leave absences.
