As a Customer Service Representative, you will participate in an in-depth 4-week training program to specialize in a specific brand.
- Following the completion of training, you will manage inbound calls from customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

: Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
Requisitos
: Prior call center experience is a plus, but we value candidates with a proven background in fast-paced customer service environments

Compensation: The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.
