  We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems, AUTOSAR Classic, and ADAS applications.

This role involves technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

You will drive high-quality software delivery in ASPICE-regulated environments while mentoring engineers and influencing project-level technical direction.

Your role Lead the design, development, and integration of embedded automotive software.

• Own and architect AUTOSAR Classic solutions, including: BSW stack configuration SWC architecture RTE optimization Drive development of ADAS features, including multi-sensor systems (camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic).

• Perform advanced debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause investigations.

Define and review software architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Ensure full compliance with ASPICE, including reviews, audits, and process improvement.

Guide and mentor junior and entry-level engineers.

• Act as a technical interface to customers and project stakeholders.

• Support estimation, planning, and risk analysis from a technical perspective.

Your profile 5+ yoe as a SW Embedded Engineer or similar positions.

Expert-level C/C++ embedded development experience.

Deep hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR Classic: BSW modules SWC design RTE configuration and optimization Strong experience in ADAS systems and sensor integration.
