Data Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our client’s Global Data Quality and Governance Team.

As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of the account database.

You will support sales teams by researching, creating, validating, and managing account data while partnering closely with Enterprise & Data Analytics teams to ensure master data quality.

: Add and maintain prospect and account records in the database Perform daily quality and quantity control of business data Standardize and validate account information Support sales operations through accurate data management Collaborate with Enterprise & Data Analytics teams on master data governance Identify opportunities for process automation and operational optimization Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights Ensure data integrity across CRM and operational systems

Requisitos

: 3–5 years of experience in data management, data research, sales operations, data analysis, or first-line support Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
