We are seeking a structured and proactive Client Engagement Assistant to serve as a vital support pillar for our pre-sales operations and customer engagement workflows.
In this role, you will manage pre-sale workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every prospect receives a high-quality, professional, and well-organized discovery experience.
Your primary goal is to ensure that every engagement follows a clear, structured process from initial contact to final proposal.
Process Governance and Compliance: Ensure that pre-sales and discovery processes are strictly followed across the entire team.
Information Management: Create and maintain structured shared folders for all engagement files, ensuring clear version control and easy access for all stakeholders.
Pre-Sales Team Coordination: Act as the central point for pre-sales activities by scheduling meetings, coordinating between technical and sales teams, and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Risk Identification and Escalation: Identify potential customer, commercial, or technical risks early in the pre-sales phase and escalate them to the Lead with clear context.
Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare clear, client-ready presentations and proposals while maintaining consistent branding, messaging, and formatting.
Quote and Commercial Support: Assist in preparing quotes, verifying commercial assumptions, and ensuring financial accuracy within proposals.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Project Manager (PM), or Engagement Manager.
Strong understanding of IT services delivery models and outsourcing engagement structures.
Proficient in business English (written and verbal) with excellent professional communi.
